Purpose

• High-voltage distributing gears of cathode protection of UKZV(E) and MEHZV(E) types are designed for cathode protection of above-ground and underground metal pipelines and structures against electrochemical corrosion

Operation

• UKZV(E) and MEHZV(E) plants are supplied from the AC network with the voltage of 6 and 10 kV and frequency of 50Hz. Current supply from the power transmission line to UKZV(E) and MEHZV(E) is carried out through the air input and switch. The DC line leads are cable.
