Purpose

  • Enterprises of oil, gas, chemical, energy and other industrial complexes with a network of main and off-main pipelines (gas pipelines, oil pipelines, products pipelines, etc.), other underground metal utilities and structures, including located in the zone of electrified railways and tram rails operating on the DC.
  • Municipal engineering organizations servicing the utilities of settlements (water pipelines, power and communication cables with metal sheath, etc.).
  • Departments of electrified railways maintenance, municipal services of subway and tram transport operation.
  • Different organization having metal underground utilities and structures in the grounds with high corrosiveness.

Features

  • The rectifier’s degree of protection against contact with current-carrying parts and against the environment impact – IP20, and built-in electronic components – IP44 by GOST 14254-96.
  • Climatic version – U, location category – 2 (in-built configuration) by GOST -69 and GOST15543.1-89.
  • Rectifiers include an automatic circuit breaker at the supply main input protecting the supply main against overloads and short circuit in the rectifier.
  • Rectifier is adapted to the main telemechanics systems applied at the facilities of GAZPROM JSC, Transneft JSC, Transnefteprodukt JSC, regional gas-distributing organizations (GDO): “UKN-TM”, “Magistral 2”, “STN-3000”, “SupeRTU4”, “SKAT”, “ELSI-2000”, “TELUR”:

— protection potential at the utility;

— output voltage;

— output current;

— accumulative accounting of consumed electric energy;

— remote setting of protection potential (in the automatic mode);

— remote setting of protection current (in the automatic mode);

— remote setting of output voltage of the rectifier (in the manual mode).

  • Rectifiers provide an opportunity of continuous operation without preventive maintenance and repair within not less than 6 months.

Operation principle

The rectifiers provide:

  • Input resistance of the potential difference measuring circuit not less than 1 MOhm by “ES” input and not less than 10 MOhm by “DP” input;
  • High accuracy of protection potential support (in the automatic mode) up to ±0,5% and protection current up to ±1%;
  • Set electrical parameters during changing of the supply main voltage from 176V to 242V, as well as performance capacity during changing of the supply main voltage from 160V to 250V;
  • Automatic switching-in into operation in the set mode in case of failure or reappearance of the supply main voltage (in cases of electric energy failure);
  • Drainage of the ground currents from the protected structures to the anode ground electrode (current drainage) in case of absence of the supply main voltage;
  • Stable operation in case of load drop and rise;
  • Efficient protection against overloads and short circuits in the load circuit;
  • Efficient protection against atmospheric (lightning) overvoltages from the inputs of the supply voltage and load (up to 6 kA);
  • Opportunity of step increasing of the rated output voltage to 2Unom at the maximum output current 0.5Inom;
  • Opportunity of step decreasing of the rated output voltage to 0.5Unom at the rated output current Inom;
  • Control of the output voltage, protection current, protection potential by means of built-in measuring devices;
  • Accounting of the time of availability of the protection potential at the facility which value is not less than the specified one;
  • Economical power consumption due to high energy indices and accumulative accounting of electric energy by the built-in electron meter;
  • Electrical and fire safety due to application of the automatic circuit breaker at the rectifier’s input automatically disconnection the rectifier from the supply main in case of failure of the rectifier;
  • Low radio interference level not exceeding the values specified by GOST R 51522-99.
  • Pulsation factor of the output current is reduced to the level less than 3% according to the requirements of GOST R 51164-98;
  • Application of the output smoother protected by the Russian Federation patent of invention permits to improve the quality characteristics and increase the efficiency coefficient of the rectifiers
  • Accounting of the time of supply main voltage delivery to the rectifier and time when the rectifier is ON by means of the operating time counter.

  • High efficiency coefficient at less energy consumption during operation;
  • Stable operation in all climatic zones of Russia and abroad in a wide range of the environment temperatures: from -45°С to +45°С;
  • Reliable operation in the zones of action of the ground currents.
