Purpose

• Test points are provided for switching of the power and measuring circuits of means of electrochemical protection and control of their parameters. The test points can be used for indicating of the underground pipelines. They are installed along the routes of the underground pipelines at the intervals defined by the regulatory documents, as well as on the intersections with other utilities, roads, water barriers, etc.

Technical description

• The test station consists of the stand with information about the facility and control panel with contact terminals;
• The test station stand is of polymeric non-combustible material and has a small weight at the standard dimensions. To prevent an opportunity of the test station deformation under impact of the external factors the stand is provided with the reinforcing insert. The test station is equipped with the light-reflecting elements for localization at night-time. Equipping of the test station with the distance mark cap is possible.
• The power and instrumentation terminals of the test station are made of the non-ferrous metal or steel with galvanized coating and provide reliable fixing of the instrument cables with the section up to 6 mm2 and power ones – with the section up to 35mm2.
• The test station structure provides an opportunity to fix one- and two-channel diode-resistor units with connection of them to the control panel.
• The test stations of two types are produced – instrumentation and power test stations differing by configuration of the terminal block (control panel).
• The instrumentation test stations are produced in the basis of the plastic stand of the triangle section with the side edge 120 mm and are designated as configuration variant I. 4 instrumentation terminals are installed on the terminal block of the instrumentation test stations.
• The stand of the power test station is triangle with the side edge 180 mm – configuration variant II. 4 power terminals and 12 instrumentation terminals are designed on the terminal board of the power test station.
